I follow the 80/20 rule for my eating habits…I eat healthy 80-90% of the time, but enjoy a treat 10-20% of my diet! It’s a great way to remember to treat yourself while keeping a clean and healthy lifestyle! Enjoyed this light lunch in sunny Brandon, FL!☀️

Fit Tips for Concert Tailgating!

I went to the Jimmy Buffett concert in Tampa this past weekend! If you’ve never been to a Buffett concert, there is usually an all day tailgate filled with margaritas, cheeseburgers in paradise, and lots of clean eating sabotage: not the healthiest day of your week! I wanted to fully enjoy the day of tailgating, but didn’t want to sacrifice my great week of workouts and clean eating, so I made sure to follow these tips to stay on the healthy bandwagon at a music festival, concert, or summer tailgate!
